Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. 

Shipping And Handling

All goods are despatched by insured carrier and can be despatched or delivered on any day Monday - Friday except Bank Holidays.

Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for redirection or re-delivery due to postcode error.

Please note the carrier is only responsible for delivering against the signature to the address (or an immediate neighbour if no one is at home). We regret that where the goods have been delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere or the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).

Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour and leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

If the recipient fails to make contact in good time the goods are returned to Dee Fish and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

Delivery Charges to Non-UK Mainland destinations
Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations will incur the following charges:
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man £15.50
Eire and the Channel Islands £26.00

  

Delivery Schedule

Orders received before 11.00am British time Monday to Thursday can normally be despatched within 2 days on a next day service almost anywhere in mainland UK.

Orders received on Friday will normally be despatched on the following Monday. 

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Credit Card Security

All credit card transactions are dealt with securely by our credit card processing provider, Protx.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using Protxs' secure servers. We do not store customers credit card numbers. Protx security policy.

Dee Fish do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. 

Returns Policy

Any claims of any kind must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Having signed the carrier's advice note, you have accepted the goods 'in good condition'. If in doubt, please check the contents before signing. 

Remittance Terms

Full payment must be received by Dee Fish before we will despatch an order.
